The Block Library Manager

Block libraries are collections of Block definitions stored in the Cloud. You can use Block libraries provided with the applications or create your own.

The Block Library Manager lists all available Block libraries.

You can do the following:

The folder symbol indicates whether the Block library is a user or an organizational one.

Block library

Organization library

Drawing file containing one or several Blocks

Clicking the sign in front of a drawing file, lists all contained Blocks.

All Block libraries from the Block Library Manager are available in the Trinity Block Library palette.

The BlockLibrary command displays theTrinity Block Library palette.

Once you have created a Block library, you can use it in the application. If necessary, you can share it with your colleagues.

To access the Block Library Manager:

  1. On the Trinity Block Library palette, click .

    The Block Library Manager opens in a web browser window. The available Block libraries are listed under Trinity Block Library.

    At any time, you can access the Block Library Manager from application title bar. Click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources. In the left panel, click Trinity Block library.

    You can create new Block libraries and upload new Blocks in existing Block libraries.

To move a drawing from one folder to another:

  1. In the Block Library Manager, navigate to the DWG file tht contains Blocks.
  2. Right-click and select Move from the context menu.
  3. In the dialog box, navigate to the folder where you want to store the drawing.
  4. Click Move.

To share a Block Library:

  1. On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources.
  2. In the left panel, click Trinity Block Library.
  3. Navigate to the Block Library to share.
  4. Do one of the following:
  5. In the dialog box, do the following:
  6. Click Add.

    The specified user appears in the list.

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add other users. You can add as many users as it is necessary.

    Specified users receive an email with a link to the shared Block Library. The user must login to the application to access the corresponding Block files.
