Updating Field Information

You can manually update Fields in annotations in the graphics area.

To update Fields:

1. Do one of the following:
   • On the ribbon, click Insert > Data > Rebuild Fields.
   • On the menu, click Insert > Rebuild Fields.
   • Type RebuildField.
2. In the graphics area, specify annotations.
3. Press Enter.

   Fields embedded in annotations are updated.
