Saving a Drawing under a Different Name or Location
Use the SaveAs command to save a copy of the current drawing under a new name or location.
To rename a drawing:
- Click File > Save As (or type SaveAs).
- Do one of the following:
- On the menu, click File > Save As.
- Type SaveAs.
- In the dialog box, select a Cloud Storage and navigate to the folder where you want to store the drawing file.
- Specify the file details:
- Name: Type a name for the file.
- File name: Type a name for the file.
- Save as type: Select a file type.
- Optionally, use the following options to copy comments and markups into the copy of the current drawing:
- Copy comments and markups.
- Include resolved comments and markups.
- Click Save As.
- Click File > Save As (or type SaveAs).
- In the dialog box, specify the file details:
- Save in: Navigate to the folder where you want to store the drawing file.
- File name: Type a name for the file.
- Save as type: Select a file type.
- Optionally, use the following options to copy comments and markups into the copy of the current drawing:
- Copy comments and markups.
- Include resolved comments and markups.
- Click Save.
- Click File > Save As (or type SaveAs).
- In the dialog box, specify the file details:
- Navigate to the folder where you want to store the drawing file.
- Save As: Type a name for the file.
- Files of Type: Select a file type.
- Optionally, use the following options to copy comments and markups into the copy of the current drawing:
- Copy comments and markups.
