Managing Custom Templates
The software provides a set of public templates that are visible for all users. Additionally, you can create custom templates outside the application and upload them to the Cloud Storage.
Public templates, as well as custom templates that you have created are available in the Create new drawing dialog box. At any time, you can use them to create your drawings.
Note: Only the user who created the custom templates can see, use, and manage them.
You can manage custom templates from the My Templates area.
You can create drawings using predefined templates. Templates act as a basis for your finished work and set up the required drawing environment.
To display the list of custom templates:
- On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources.
- Click My Templates to display the list of available templates.
To upload a template:
- On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources.
- Click My Templates.
- Click Upload template
.
- In the dialog box, do the following:
- Template File. Click Choose to select the template file to upload.
- Name. Specify the template name.
- Click Upload.
To rename a template:
- On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources.
- Click My Templates.
- Right-click a template and select Rename from the shortcut menu.
- Type the new name and press Enter.
To delete a template:
- On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select Resources.
- Click My Templates.
- Right-click a template and select Delete from the shortcut menu.
