Drawing Insights Panel

As you and other users are working on the drawing, activities such as opening and saving are recorded.

You can display the list of actions that have been performed on a drawing without opening the file using the Drawing Insights panel from the Cloud Storage Explorer.

The Drawing Insights panel displays activities chronologically. You can filter activities by activity type, user name, date, etc.

Cloud Storage Explorer - Right-clicking a drawing name displays a panel that contains the following tabs:

• Properties. Displays drawing properties such as name, size, author.
• Drawing Insights. Displays the list of actions that have been performed on the drawing.

Displays the list of files that you have recently opened and lets you easily navigate back to them. The Recent Files list displays thumbnail previews of drawings, which lets you easily find the desired drawing within the list. Additionally, for each drawing, the Cloud Storage is displayed.

To display the list of actions:

1. In the Cloud Storage Explorer, in the file list, right-click a drawing name.

   A panel opens in the right side of the file list.

2. Click the Drawing Insights tab.

   The list of actions that you and other users performed on the drawing is displayed on the tab. Actions are grouped according to date.

You can filter the action list according to date, user, and action type.

To display actions performed in a specified day:

1. In the Cloud Storage Explorer, in the file list, right-click a drawing name.
2. In the panel that appeared in the right side of the list, click the Drawing Insights tab.
3. On the Drawing Insights tab, click and select Custom from the menu.
4. Click a date on the displayed calendar.

   The list displays only actions performed on the specified date.

To display your Recent Files list:

1. In the Cloud Storage Explorer, specify the Cloud Storage.
2. Switch the Recent Files button on.

   Your last ten recently viewed files appear. For each file, the last opened date displays. An icon indicates the Cloud Storage where you saved the file.
