Recent Files List

Displays the list of files that you have recently opened and lets you easily navigate back to them. The Recent Files list displays thumbnail previews of drawings, which lets you easily find the desired drawing within the list. Additionally, for each drawing, the Cloud Storage is displayed.

Right-clicking a thumbnail displays a shortcut menu (context menu) that contains the following commands:

• Open in new tab: Opens the specified drawing in a new browser tab.
• Open in [Desktop application]: Opens the specified drawing in the desktop application.
• Show location: Opens the folder where the specified file is saved. The specified file is highlighted.
• Download: Downloads the specified drawing on your hard drive.
• Manage versions: Displays the Manage versions dialog box.

You can turn on and off the Recent Files display.

To display your Recent Files list:

1. In the Cloud Storage Explorer, specify the Cloud Storage.
2. Switch the Recent Files button on.

   Your last ten recently viewed files appear. For each file, the last opened date displays. An icon indicates the Cloud Storage where you saved the file.

Note: The Recent Files button is visible only if you have already opened at least one file.

To remove Recent Files preview tiles:

• In the Recent Files list, click for the file preview tile you want to remove.

  A notification appears to confirm the file preview deletion. Click the Undo button to restore the file preview tile.
