Cloning a Drawing

Use the Cloud Storage Explorer to create a copy of an existing drawing from the Cloud Storage.

To clone a drawing:

1. In the Cloud Storage Explorer, click your account name under the desired Cloud Storage service.
2. Navigate to the drawing to clone.
3. Right-click the file to rename and select Clone from the menu.
4. In the Clone object dialog box, in Name, type a name for the cloned drawing.
5. Optionally, use Share it with the same people to share the cloned drawing with the same people who have access to the original drawing.
6. Optionally, include comments and markups into the cloned drawing:
   • Copy comments and markups. Includes all comments and markups from the original drawing.
   • Include resolved comments and markups. Includes only resolved comments and markups from the original drawing.
7. Click Clone.
