(or press and hold the left mouse button) and select Zoom Fit 
from the flyout. Zoom Fit displays the drawing with all its elements as large as possible on the screen.
Zoom Fit includes entities on layers that are turned off but does not include those on frozen layers.
To use Zoom Fit:
