Managing Available Cloud Storage for Company Accounts

Users are identified by their user account.

In our cloud application, administrators can do the following:

To access your company settings:

To add a Cloud Storage to your company account:

  1. On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select My Company.
  2. In Available Storage Types, enable the necessary Cloud Storage service.
  3. Click Save.

    All enabled Cloud Storage services are available in the Cloud Storage Explorer. Users can connect and disconnect Cloud Storage accounts at any time.

To enable options for publicly shared drawings:

  1. On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select My Company.
  2. In Sharing Links, enable or disable the options:
