Layer Management Tools

Several tools let you control and manage all Layers of the current drawing.

• Layers Manager. Displays the list of all Layers from the current drawing.

  Use the Layers Manager to create, rename, remove layers and control the display of the drawing entities and their properties.

  Alternatively, you can use the -Layer command, which is the Command Window variant of the Layer command.

• Layers Palette. Displays the list of all Layers from the current drawing and lets you control Layer behavior. Additionally, it provides quick access to Layer tools.
• Layer Additional Tools. Let you control the display and the behavior of the layer of an entity.
