Creating Radius Dimensions

The RadiusDimension command creates radial Dimensions for Circles and Arcs.

Radius dimensioning is done the same way as diameter dimensioning.

The appearance depends on the settings of the current DimensionStyle.

To create radius Dimensions:

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. In the graphics area:
    1. Select an Arc or Circle.
    2. Specify the location of the dimension line or specify an option:

      Angle, Note, or Text: See Editing and Formatting Dimension Text.

    3. Specify the location of the dimension line or specify an option:

      Angle or Text: See Editing and Formatting Dimension Text.

Menu: Dimension > Radius

Ribbon: Annotate > Dimensions > Dimension > Radius
