Displaying PageLayout Properties

The Page Layout dialog box displays the PageLayout properties. The dialog box is invoked from the Page Layout Manager

To display the PageLayout properties:

1. Bottom-left corner: click .
2. In the Sheets Manager, click Model or the name of the Sheet for which you want to display the PageLayout properties.
3. Click Options.
4. In the Page Layout Manager dialog box, select a PageLayout and click Settings .

   The dialog box displays the properties of the selected PageLayout.

   Under Paper & Scale, the following properties are available:

   • Paper orientation:
     • Portrait or Landscape format.
     • Print inverse. Specifies the output direction.
   • Paper. Displays the paper size from the international standardized paper size formats and printer-specific paper formats.
   • Scale. Displays the output scale.

   Under Range, the properties of the area to print are displayed. You can see one of the following options:

   • All geometry. Prints the range that is determined by the bounding box of all visible entities.
   • Drawing boundary (available only when the Model tab is active). Prints the range that is determined by the drawing boundaries.
   • Sheet (available only when a Sheet tab is active). Prints the range that is determined by the Sheet size definition.
   • Named view. Prints the view you select. This option is available only if named views exist in the drawing.
   • Specify Window. Print boundaries should be selected in the graphics area.
   • Current view. Prints the drawing that is visible on screen.
   • Print only within specified window enables cutting entities at the boundaries of the specified print range on the printout regardless of whether there is remaining space on the output sheet.

   Under Scale, set the output scale.

   Under Offset the following options are displayed:

   • X and Y margins of the printout
   • Print on center of paper. Prints the output with equal margins at the top, bottom, left, and right.

     Note: The option Print on center of paper is not available only if a Sheet tab is active.

5. Click to close the PageLayout properties dialog box.
6. Click to close the Layout Manager dialog box.
