Unlocking Layers

When you unlock a Layer, you can edit entities on the Layer.

To unlock a Layer:

1. Click Format > Layer Tools > Unlock Layer (or type UnlockLayer).
2. Do one of the following:
   • On the Layers palette, select UnLock Layer .
   • On the menu, click Format > Layer Tools > Unlock Layer.
   • Type UnlockLayer.
3. In the graphics area, select an entity on the Layer you want to unlock.
