Managing Sheets
Use the Sheets Manager to manage the Sheets of a drawing. You can create a new Sheet or rename, copy, save, or delete existing Sheets.
When you use the Sheet command, you have options to manage Sheet tabs. Several of these options are also available in the Sheets Manager.
To display the Sheets Manager
- On the status bar, in the bottom-left corner: click

To activate a Sheet:
- Do one of the following:
- In the Sheets Manager, click the name of the Sheet to activate.
- On the status bar, click the name of the Sheet to activate.
To create a new Sheet:
- In the Sheets Manager, click
.
To rename a Sheet:
- In the Sheets Manager, click a Sheet name.
- Click Options.
- Specify the Rename option.
- In the dialog box, specify the new name.
- Click
.
To copy a Sheet:
- In the Sheets Manager, click a Sheet name.
- Click Options.
- Specify the Duplicate option.
A copy of the selected Sheet is created. You can rename the new Sheet.
To delete a Sheet:
- In the Sheets Manager, click a sheet name.
- Click
.
To reorder Sheets:
- In the Sheets Manager, click a Sheet name.
- Click Options.
- Set the order using the following options:
- Move up. Moves the selected Sheet higher in the sheet list.
- Move down. Moves the selected Sheet lower in the sheet list.
To manage Sheet Layouts:
- In the Sheets Manager, click a Sheet name.
- Click Options.
- Specify the Settings option.
The Page Layout Manager appears.
